One row should follow one item or clear group

Record identifier, owner, original room, observed condition, safe photograph, movement, custody, proposed action, authorization, specialist, charge, and final status. Group only genuinely similar items. Do not invent purchase prices or health findings. Reconcile items moved off site and keep decisions from the provider separate from policy treatment by the insurer.
