Concealed does not mean assessed

Ask what type and location of insulation is suspected, how the provider will gain information, and what remains inaccessible. A stain outside a cavity does not describe every concealed material. If opening or removal is proposed, record the boundary, older-material questions, disposal, drying plan, reconstruction responsibility, and finding that will guide the decision.
