Ask where the reading was taken, which material and depth it represents, the instrument or method, comparison area, environmental conditions, and measurement limits. Request a location map or consistent labels over time. One reading cannot prove an entire assembly dry, establish mold clearance, diagnose a source, or replace a specialist decision.
