What the final handover should explain

Close the record without hiding limitations

Request areas assessed, work performed, items removed or moved, equipment history, final material observations, source status provided to the team, inaccessible spaces, remaining repairs, warranties actually offered, invoices, photographs, and responsible contacts. Ask what would trigger follow-up. A handover should not state mold clearance, safety, or full restoration unless the named qualified party actually established it.
