Record repair business, date, affected component, finding, work completed, operational check, uninspected areas, later recommendation, photographs, and contact. Give a copy to restoration and reconstruction providers. A repaired component does not automatically establish material dryness or rule out another source. Ask who resolves any remaining uncertainty before an assembly is closed.
